Ethereum's new roadmap; Privacy and quantum security take priority 🛡

Background
🖥 Ethereum's new roadmap covers network development plans until 2029
🔄 Compared to the 2023 roadmap, some goals have changed or been dropped
🛡 Privacy and security against quantum threats have become top priorities

Focus
🔐 Stark technologies, native rollups, and AI tools for code review and verification have been added to the plan
🌳 Ethereum is moving from the Verkle tree structure towards a unified binary tree structure
🧩 The "lean-chaining" plan has been proposed aiming to simplify and redesign the main parts of the network

Implications
🛡 Focusing on quantum security can make Ethereum better prepared for future threats
🤖 Using artificial intelligence in code review can increase development security and reliability
🔄 The liveness of the roadmap means that priorities and the development path can still change in the future

Conclusion
🧭 Ethereum's new roadmap focuses on building a more private, simpler, and more resilient network against future threats
